New Good Grief Series: “The Empty Chair”

 

Beginning on Wednesday January 5, the Good Grief class will be beginning a new series using the book, The Empty Chair. Each of us experience loss. Whether mourning the death of a loved one, the end of a marriage, the loss of a job, or other difficult

life changes, we all must work through the grief that is a natural reaction to loss and change. This is especially difficult around holidays and special occasions, which seem to intensify the pain. This group offers valuable insights on the various responses experienced during grief while providing an atmosphere of healing through mutual support and understanding. If you are experiencing grief of any kind, this is a great place to find support and healing.
