HUMC CDC

The Hixson UMC Child Development Center (CDC) exists to provide, within a Christian atmosphere, opportunities which meet the educational needs of the early childhood years and emphasizes growth in all areas—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Classes offered include morning classes (9:00a.m.- 12:00 noon) for 3 and 4 year olds, all-day care for 3 and 4 year olds (7:00a.m.-6:00p.m.), and before and after school care for elementary age children (through 5th grade) who are transported to the church by their school bus (Hixson Elementary or Big Ridge Elementary).

School age children may enroll for summer care and for public school closing days.
